Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day
or September , 1984. The following members were present: ayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 624
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1984 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the 1984 Street Improvements Contract: add bituminous base and
concrete curb and gutter for DeVries 2nd (Project 337) and DeVries 3rd (Project
414) Additions;
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1984 Street Improvements Contract is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the 1984 Street Improvements
Contract adding $36,070.20 for DeVries 2nd and 3rd Additions is approved and
the existing contract price of $192,642.30 is revised to $228,712.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
