Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day
of September , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport ,
' Councilmembers Neils. Schneider and Crain

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 623
APPROVAL OF CHANCE ORDER NO. 1
TO 1984 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - DEVRIES 2ND AND 3RD ADDITION
PROJECTS 337 AND 414
WHEREAS, pursuant to the following resolutions adopted by the City Council the
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter for the following additions was
approved:
1. DeVries 2nd Addition by Resolution No. 84-199 dated April 2, 1984
2. DeVries 3rd Addition by Resolution No. 84-327 dated May 21, 1984
AND, WHEREAS, the developer is desirous of having the bituminous base course
and concrete curb and gutter constructed in 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 3, 1983 for DeVries 2nd Addition and March 5, 1984 for
DeVries 3rd Addition.
2. That said street construction be added to the 1984 Street Improvement
Projects by Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $36,070.20.
Original Contract $192,642.30
Change Order No. 1 36,070.20
Total $228,712.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abQf.ained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
