HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-621CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ounce me ers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 621 RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 445 KINGSVIEW LANE - COUNTY ROAD 15 TO NIAGARA LANE STREET AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, p-irsuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 18, 1984 a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvements of Kingsview Lane from County Road 15 to Niagara Lane; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on September 4, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file. 2. That the report is referred to the Assessment Committee for further study and recommendation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained:. none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
