HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-620CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of September , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, —CouncilmemDers Neils. Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Councilmemher Moen Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 620 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - AMHURST NINTH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 4, 1984 a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Amhurst Ninth Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on September 4, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted September 4, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Compary. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider .and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
