Segtember Councimem ers The following CITY OF PLYMOUTH call and notice thereof, a spprial meeting of the City City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, -Neils, Schneider and Crain members were absent: Councilmember Moen Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0, 84- 618 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ISAIAH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITIES PROJECT NO. 459 WHEREAS, the developer of Isaiah Addition has petitioned the City to install a 7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sever, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion of the costs of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement, and the estimated costs of such improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained:. none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
