Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special sleeting of the City
Council of the City of Plym mth, Minnesota was hold on the 4th day of
September , 1984. The following members were present: ay0r bayenport,
Counclimembars Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Men
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-611
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET AND UTILITY WORK
ANHURST NINTH ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 451
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council on August 6, 1984,
the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc.
has prepared plans and specifications for utility and street improvements; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has presented such plans and spe,:fications to
the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. Said construction shall be added to the 1984 Street and Utility
Construciton Program by Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$52,429.55.
3. The original contract price $363,139.10

Total
$415,568.65
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, _
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
