Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
September , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
ounce mem Mrs Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 615
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - OAKDALE WEST 2ND ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 448
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council on August 6, 1984,
the City's consulting engineer, Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, has prepared plans
and specifications for utilities and street improvements; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has presented such plans and specifications to
the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. That said improvements are added by Change Order No. 1 to the Dunkirk
Lane Improvement Project No. 408 in the amount of $42,177.75.
3. The original contract price for Project 408 $1,493,448.64

Total contract price $1,635,626.39
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain .
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
