Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day
of September , 1984. The following members were present: Moor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils, Schneider 4nd Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 614
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 408
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Dunkirk Lane Improvement Contract for Project 408: add the
street and utilities for Project 448, Oakdale West 2nd Addition, 19th Avenue
North;
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Dunkirk Lane Street Improvements Contract
Project 408 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the Dunkirk Lane Street
Improvements Contract Project 408 by adding $42,177.75, Project 448, Oakdale
West 2nd Addition, is approved and the existing contract price of $1,593,448.64
is revised to $1,635,626.39.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. CQuncilmembers Neils.
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
