Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of September . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils.
Schneider and Crain
were absent:
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 610
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO CONDOMINIUM DECLARATIONS FOR CHELSEA WOODS (A-320)
WHEREAS, individual Condominium Associations within the Development known as Chelsea
Woods have approved an amendment to Declarations of Apartment Ownership originally
filed with Hennepin Count- in 1973; and,
WHEREAS, State statutes at Section 515.15 (A) provide that such amendments must be
submitted to the Planning Authority of the governing municipality for review and
approval in order to properly record Declaration Amendments; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed procedural Amendments have been reviewed by City Administrative
staff including the City Attorney who find the Amendments to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, THAT IT SHOULD AND' HEREBY DOES approve the Documents known as the First
Amendments to Declarations of Apartment Ownership for Chelsea Woods Condominiums for
the following Apartment Ownership Numbers: 18, 25, 30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 40, 42, 320 540
55, 56, 64, 65, 66, 68, and 69.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
