Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of �SeEtember . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Dayenport�ncilmembers Moen, —
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 609
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MLi PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
WEST OF 32ND AVENUE NORTH AND NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 24 IN SECTION 20 (84070)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
west of 32nd Avenue North and north of County Road 24 in Section 20 from FRD (future
restricted development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential)
District in conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for Isaiah Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Isaiah Addition
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
of owing voted in favor thereof: –Mayor Davencort. Councilmember§ Moen. Neils.
Schneider and Crain
The o owing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
