Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of September 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, _
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 607
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, SITE PLAN AND VARIANCE FOR MESSIAH UNITED METHODIST
CHURCH (84069)
WHEREAS, the Messiah United Methodist Church has requested approval of Rezoning, Con-
ditional Use Permit, Site Plan and Variance to allow the expansion of the church lo-
cated at 17805 County Road 6; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for the Messiah United
Methodist Church for Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan, and Variance to allow the ex-
pansion of the church located at 17805 County Road 6, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevatlns
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and performance agreement for com-
pletion of site improvements.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv-
als per Ordinance provisions.
5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure and no out-
side storage is permitted.
6. Approved variances include a waiver of the fire lane requiraawntst lower level
of the building shall be sprinklered.
7. The Permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations, and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be ground for revocation.
S. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary martyr.
