Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s e�cial meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie day ofSm� er . 1'184.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers a s,c neid'+�i
and Crain
The following members were t: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RES(a_UTION NO. 84- 605
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR CARLSON
PROPERTIES INC. FOR CARLSON CENTER FOURTH ADDITION (84048)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Carlson Center Fourth
Addition requested by Carlson Properties Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following conditions to be met,
prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer.
3. Submittal of verification that Carlson Center Second Addition is recorded with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor t reof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils.
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
