Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of September 19 84
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 604
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CARLSON CENTER FOURTH ADDITION FOR
CARLSON PROPERTIES, INC. (84048)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties, Inc. has requested approval for Final Plat for Carlson
Center Fourth Addition, a plat located south of County Road 15, west of I-494 and north
of the southern City border to replate Outlot B, Carlson Center Second Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the plat has been found to be consistent with the approved Preliminary Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Carlson Center- Fourth Addition for property located south of County Road
15, west of I-494 and north of the southern City border;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
