Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on 7we 4th day
of—September , 1984. The following members were present: ay0r Davenport,
one members Neils, Schneider and Crain

COuncilmember Crain introduced the following Resolut.on and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 599
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT WITHIN
GONYEAS THIRD ADDITION - DOCUMENT NO. 4786980
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a certain utility easement shown in
Document No. 4786980 as platted in Gonyeas Third Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on September
4, 1984 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of vacation of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of September 4, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on September 4, 1984 to inform
any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of utility easement
shown on Document 4786980 in Gonyeas Third Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easement is not needed
for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the following utility easement be vacated:
The sanitary sewer easement recorded as Document No. 4786980 in
Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, legally
described as follows:
A 20 foot sewer easement over the West One-half of the West One-half
of the Southwest One-quarter of the Southwest One-quarter (W 1/2 of W 1/2
of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, the centerline
of said easement being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
eas: line of above described property distant 625.20 feet North from the
Southeast corner; thence Westerly to a point on the West line of said
property distant 627.05 feet North of the Southwest corner of said
property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Nei1.S,.,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
