Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
August , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Counclmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 595
AGREEMENT FOR COST SHARING - COUNTY ROAD 61 IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT N0. 216
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the construction of County State Aid
Highway 61 from 6th Avenue to County Road 15, Hennepin County Project No. 8042,
Agreement No. PW 27-17-84 has been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that said agreement be in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 27-17-84, Hennepin County Project No. 8042.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
SShnsider nd Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
