Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of August 1984 .
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport C uncilmgmhprs Mnpn. Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following rs were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 592
GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, applications for Garbage Haulers License has been received from:
Bautch Disposal Service, Inc.
10264 Xylite St. N.E.
Mpls, MN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a Garbage Haulers License be approved for the above named appli-
cants for the remainder of the license year ending March 31, 1985.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng voted
n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Neils. Schnpidpr and Crain
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
