Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on t e 20th

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 889
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for Temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License has been
received from Daniel James Saunders on behalf of the Westphal American Legion,
3600 France Ave. N., pursuant to Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with Westphal's End of the
Season Tourney scheduled for September 8 and 9; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License is hereby
approved for Daniel James Saunders representing the Westphal American Legion.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, tTie
