Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular suing of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day
of Ausust , 1984. The following memLers were present: Mayor Davenport,
Counclimembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain ,
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 84- 587
APPROVING CYANGE IRDER NO. 1
RADIO TELEMET':Y SYSTEM
PROJECT NO 210
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the radio telemetry system improvements contract for Project
No. L10•
Provide new radio crystals for new frequency.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the radio telemetry system contract for
Project 210 is recosmended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THC CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the Radio Telemstry System
contract for Project 210 adding $2,120.00 is approved and the original contract
price of $89,290.00 is revised to $91,410.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foreSa ing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davencort, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils, Schneider and Crain .
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
