Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1984-586Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 586 APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION COUNTY ROAD 61 FROM 6TH AVENUE TO THE SOUTH CITY LIMITS WHEREAS, it hs been determined by the Director of Public Works that for the safety of the public No Parking signs should be placed on both sides of County Road 61 from 6th Avenue to the south City limits; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that No Parking signs shall be placed on both sides of the following street: County Road 61 from 6th Avenue to the south City limits. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Couhcilmember Moen , and upon vote being takes tbereos, the following voted in "mor thersof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
