Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota Was hold on the 20th day
of August , 1984. The folloviet members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilionbers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none

Cnunci1 er Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 583
RECEIVING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
NATHAN LMB NORTH OF SOO LINE RAILROAD
WHEREAS, Hermann and Norbert Adelmann have submitted a petition for the
improvement of Nathan Lane north of the Soo Line Railroad; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has not submitted a preliminary plat for the
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH that the petition for the improvement of Nathan Lane north of the Soo
Line Railroad be received and placed on file.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the improvement of Nathan Lane will be considered
in conjunction with the platting of the Adelman property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken 'thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
