Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on t e 20th day
of August , 1984. The following members were present: yor Davenport,
Councilmambers Moen. Neils. Schneider and Crain
The following members mere absent: none
Councilrember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 10. 84- 582
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT 90. 4A
PROJECT NO. 231 AND 304
6TH AVENUE/HUMPHREY ESTATES AND 41ST AVENUE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4A, dated August 3, 1984, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOM that the Finance Department is authorised to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4A in the amount of $26,637.94 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co.
for Project No. 231 and 304.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followingMayor voted in favor thereof: Mor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
