RESOLUTION FOR naive ON PROPOSED ASSESSMEIT
PROJECT NO. 205
COUNTY ROAD 61/19MM LAME IMPROVEMENTS
WEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 20, 1984 the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the
following improvements:
County Road 61 (Northwest Blvd.) from Renium Lane to County
Road 9, Lnium Lane from Campos Drive to a point 500 feet
north of 34th Avenue, hast Medicine Lake Drive from County
Road 61 (County Road ISO south 1600 feet MOL
py the installation of bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm
sewer, watermsia lateral and trunk facilities, sanitary sewer lateral and -trunk
facilities and all necessary appurtenances; and
VNEREAS. the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, T9EREF0RE, BE IT REREBT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be bald as the 17th day of September, 1984 in
the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed
assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to each assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed asses smeat to be published once in the official
newspaper at lent two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in
the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also
cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described
in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution Was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen_
The following voted against or abstained: none
Wereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
