Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re alar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymutb, Minnesota was bold on Me 20th day
of Augult 1984. the following wssibers were present: ►vnr Davenport,
unc meters Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain_
The following embers were absent: none
COuncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 563
RESOLIMCK DECLARING COST TO RE ASSRSSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
PROJECT NO. 456
SEWER AND WATER SERVICE HOOKUP AND PERMIT EEE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Resolution 81-719, certain individuals
have requested the City to install their sanitary sewer and water service and
special assess related costs against their property, and the total amount of
such connections, including incidental expenses incurred, is in thi amount of
$11,789.49 and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT MUST RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITT OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $11,789.49.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, @ball forthwith
ID calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the
Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the
City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such propos^d assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: n ne
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
