Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th,

of August , 1984. The following members were present: ay0r Davenport,
Council ?nNeilss Schneider_ and Crain
. The following webers were absent: none
Councilmendber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 557
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT No. 205
COUNTY ROAD 61/1ENIUM LANE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
County Road 61 (Northwest Blvd.) from Xenium Lane to County Road 9,
Ienium Lane from Campus Drive to a point 500 feet north of 34th Avenue,
Vest Medicine Lake Drive from County Road 61 (County Road 154) sou*_h
1600 feet M.O.L.;
by the installation of sanitary sewer and watermain laterals, storm sewer,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurte-
nances, and the contract price for such improvement is $2,089,369.00 and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$1,453,550.00, so the total cost of the improvement will be $3,542,919.00 4nd
of this cost the City will pay $2,698,925.32 as its share of the cost;
10NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $843,993.68.
2. It is further determined that the following charges for water trunk main,
pumping and storage facilities and sanitary sever trunk facilities for the
above referenced project shall be applied to the existing land use zoning.
Vater Area Residential $1280.00 per acre
Sanitary Sever Area Residential $710.00 per acre
3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, ,as provided by law, and the
Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the
City Clerk for public inspection.
4. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _ yor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,
