Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day
ofAuaust , 1986. The following members were present-,�ayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 556
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 123
POND BC-Pll
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
Pond BC-Pll lying east of County Road 61, South of 30th Avenue
and north of 28th Avenue
by the installation of storm sever, ponding areas, outlet control structure,
channel cleanout and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for
such improvement is $92,883.80 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in
the "king of said improvement amount to $25,376.11, so the total cost of the
improvement will be $118,259.91 and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its
share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $118,259.91.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the
Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the
City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen.
Neils Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
