HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-552I CITY OF PLYH DUM PWamiwt to dus call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Up City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthe of 1984. aw fedoobv oasis care present: Mayor Davenaort, ounc members Moen, Neils, Schneider and_Crain ' T" � assents none Councilmember Schneider Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoWont RESOLUTION NO. 84- 552 APPROVING SITE PLAN, AND VARIANCES FOR BEACON HEIGHTS PARTNERSHIP FOR BUILDING B (84063) WHEREAS, Beacon Heights Partnership has requested approval of a Site Plan, and Vari- ances to construct an approximate 34,316 sq. ft. office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility (Building 8) to be located south of 16th Avenue North, west of Highway 55, and north of the railroad tracks; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a regularly sche4uled meeting and recomsends approval; NON, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Beacon Heights Partnership, for a Site Plan, and Variances to construct an approximate 34,316 sq. ft. office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility (Building B) to be located south of 16th Avenue North, west of Highway 55, and north of the railroad tracks, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with Dedi- cation Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for completion of site improvements. 4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance, signage to comply with Ordinance setback requirements. 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv- als per Ordinance pro�Aslons. 6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the approved enclosure, and no outside storage is permitted. 7. Approved variances include: Parking front yard setback of 22 ft. vs 50 ft. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 84- 552 8. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation and Lot Division is filed with Hennepin County. 9. Appropriate legal documents approved by the City Attorney shall be filed on the property allowing for the shared drive and access; and relating to the condominium association documents, prior to issuance of building permits.
