Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of August . 1984.
The following members were present:_Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neil S,
Schneider and Crain
The folloining members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
on:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 551
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR BEACON HEIGHTS PARTNERSHIP FOR BUILDING A (84063)
WHEREAS, Beacon Heights Partnership has requested approval of a Site Plan to con-
struct an approximate 39,140 sq. ft. office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility
(Building A) to be Located south of 16th Avenue North, west of Highway 55, and north
of the railroad tracks; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning, Commission has reviewed said request at a regularly scheduled
meeting and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Beacon Heights
Partnership, for a Site Plan to construct an approximate 39,140 sq. ft. office, ware-
house, and manufacturing facility (Building A) to be located south of 16th Avenue
North, west of Highway 55, and north of the railroad tracks, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with Dedi-
cation Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance.
3. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for
completion of site improvements.
4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv-
als per Ordinance provisions.
6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the approved enclosure,
and no outside storage is permitted.
7. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation and Lot Division is
filed with Hennepin County.
8. Appropriate legal documents approved by the City Attorney shall be filed on the
property allowing for the shared drive and access; and relating to the condomin-
ium association documents, priot to issuance of Building Permits.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mavnr Davenport. Councilmembers Moen. Neils,
