RESOLUTION NO. 84- 550
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT COASOLIDATION AND LOT
DIVISION FOR BEACON HEIGHTS PARTNERSHIP (84063)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation and Lot Division for Beacon
Heights Partnership for property located south of 16th Avenue North, west of Highway
55, and north of the railroad tracks, under Resolution No. 84-549;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be wet
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation and Lot Division:
. 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Consolidation
and Lot Division with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by_
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tel.loming voted to favor th@200 : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
