HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-547CITY OF PLVNDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the da of August 1984 ■b The following moers were present: Mayor Davenpori',,ounci i�members"Roenn, s, Sc neider and Crain fob owing mmmtbera were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 547 APPROVING SITE PLAN, AND VARIANCE FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR DAILY PRINTING (A-780) WHEREAS, Volp Construction Company has requested approval of a Site Plan, and Variance for Daily Printing to construct an approximate 16,400 sq. ft. addition to the facility located at 2220 Fernbrook Lane; and, . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a regularly scheduled meeting and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Volp Construction Company for a Site Plan, and Variance for Daily Printing to construct an approximate 16,400 sq. ft. addition to the facility located at 2220 Fernbrook Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for completion of site improvements. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the approved enclosure, and no outside storage is permitted. S. Approved Variances include: Setback to drive aisle on the east side of the building (4 ft. vs 10 ft.). The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Co`ncilmembers,Moen, Neils, .5cbUei4Cr and Crain TOJUOMft voted or a none Whereupon the Resolution was declared du y 10 a a .
