Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of August . 1984.

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 537
A RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
1985 CITY BUDGETS AND 1985-89 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
INCLUDING REVENUE SHARING FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 1984
WHEREAS, in accordance with state statute, the City Council annually adopts various
operating budgets; and
WHEREAS, on an annual basis the City Council reviews and updates components of the
City's five year Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to receive information from the public relative to the
. proposed budgets, capital improvement program and revenue sharing expenditures; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is annually established for the purpose of obtaining
resident input;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that it should and hereby does establish Monday, September 24, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. as
the public hearing date for public review and comment regarding the 1985 City Budgets
and 1985-89 Capital Improvement Program including Revenue Sharing; and
FURTHER, does hereby direct the City Clerk to cause public notice of such hearings to
be published in the City's official newspaper, the Plymouth Post.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
following vot n favor t 60f: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
