HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-532CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of August , 1984. The following members were present:Wyor Davenport, Councimem rs go—en, Neils, Schneider and Crain , The following members were absent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 532 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF THE TRAIL EASEMENT - LOT 1, BLOCK 1, PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER AND LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 Plymouth Business Center I Partnership and Gopher I and Trammell Crow Company - Minnesota has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following trail easement: The westerly 45 feet of the 75 foot easement for walkway purposes across the easterly 75 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Business Center and Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Plymouth Business Center 2nd Addition; as measured at a right angle to and parallel with the most easterly line of said Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Business Center, and Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Plymouth Business Center 2nd Addition. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of September 4, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by — Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport= Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain , The following voted against or abstained: _ none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,t** ,f 4•
