HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-531CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of Au u5t 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councimem ers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain ; The following members were absent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 84- 531 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT - GONYEA'S 3RD ADTTION DOCUMENT NO. 4786980 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 Gonyea Development Company has petitioned the City Council for vacation of the following utility easement: The sanitary sewer easment recorded as Document No. 4786980 in Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of September 4, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth 10 Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing an said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
