Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th, day of
Augus -,L , 1984. The following members were present: a% y0r bayenport,

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen' introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 530
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
STORM WATER DRAINAGE PONDS BC -P13 AND BC-P13A
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Storm Water Drainage Ponds BC -P13 and
BC-P13A together with necessary piping and appurtenances in accordance with the
City of Plymouth's Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan; and to assess the bene-
fited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953 Chapter 398, as
amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik b Associates for study and that they be instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether a proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it
should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement,
and estimated costs of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained:. none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
