HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-528CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council.of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of August , 1984. The following members were present:ayFr Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none *,ter *,ire *ter Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 528 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT NO. 448 OAKDALE WEST 2ND ADDITION STREET AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, the developer of Oakdale West 2nd Addition has petitioned the City to install a 7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer and water services, sidewalk and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the preliminary engineering report for Project No. 448 was ordered on July 2 by the City Council and said report was presented to the City Council on August 6, 1984; and WHEREAS, the developer and owner have waived their rights to a public improvement hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the development contract for Oakdale West 2nd Addition; and the petitioner has waived hie right to A puLlic hearing. 2. Short -Elliott -Hendrickson are hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for making of such improvement and shall issue a change order to Project to Project No.. 408, Dunkirk Lane, for inclusion in that contract. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
