Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day
of August , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
ouncilmi&bers--Moen. Neils. Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent:
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoptions
RESOLUTION N0. 84- 527
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - GLEN ECHO PONDS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 21, 1984, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
Glen Echo Ponds Addition by the installation of ornamental resi4dntial street
lights and this report was received by the Council August 6, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted August 6, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schpeider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Revolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
