Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetingof the City !'xxwll of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of August 1984.
The following members were present: -Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Nei s, _
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 526
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR AUD..O VISUAL WHOLESALERS
(83026)
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Audio Visual Wholesalers located at 15395 31st Avenue North,
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 83-347; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $12,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer that the required site improvements have been
completed, City staff has inspected said sitz and recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond in the amount of $12,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Audio Visual Wholesalers located at 15395 31st Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken t egg tt e
following voted In avor thereof: ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abate ned: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adbpW.
