Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of P1 ,
Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of Au ust 1964.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, "—
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 524
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF THE SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
NO. 284 (82038)
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Independent School District No. 284 located at the southeast
corner of 19th Avenue North and State Highway 101 was approved under City Council
Resolution No. 82-376; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Money Market Certificate in the amount of $140,597.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota reduced this Money Market
Certificate to $14,800.00 by Resolution No. 83-660; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Money Market Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Money Market
Certificate No. 61285 in the amount of $14,800.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Independent School District No. 284 located at the southeast corner of
19th Avenue North and State Highway 101 to $5,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
rollowing voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain --
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
