Councilmember Schneilder introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-520
APPROVING SITE PLAN, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE FOR STOBBE DEVELOPMENT INC.

WHEREAS, Stobbe Development Inc. has requested approval of a Site Plan, Conditional
Use Permit and Variance for the construction of a 12 -unit apartment buildIng to be
located on the north side of 12th Avenue North and east of West Medicine Lake Drive
at 11210 12th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval of a 10 -unit apartment building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request

1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.

2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication +n accordance with Dedi-
cation Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
4. Submission of required financial guarantee and performance agreement for comple-
tion of site improvements.
5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the approved enclosure,
and no outside storage is permitted.
6. Approved Variance: A waiver of the fire lane requirements of the City Fire Code.
7. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation is filed with Hen-
nepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crainand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
. Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Vhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
