the City of Plymouth, Minnesotag was held on tinehh day of Aclust . 1964.
The following umbers were present: Mayor Davenport, Couircilmembers Men, Res,
Schneider and Crain
Tim ung members were absents none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 516
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR TEMROC METALS (A-212)
WHEREAS, Temroc Metals has requested approval for a Lot Division for property located
at the southwest corner of Highway SS and I-494 as follows:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lots 8 and 9. Block 1, INDUSTRIAL PARK 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota; AND
PARCEL A:
Lot 8, Block 1, INDUSTRIAL PARK 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota
PARCEL B:
Lot 9, Block 1, INDUSTRIAL PARK 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seceded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon t
o owing voted In avor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
