HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-515CITY OF PLYIDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ggular� meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of August . 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen,e-i s, Schneider and Crain followingmembers were absent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 515 SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED WEST OF FERNBROOK LANE AND ALONG PROPOSED 34TH AVENUE NORTH, NORTHEASTERLY OF THE CITY CENTER AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT, R-3 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT, AND R-4 (HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT (RPUD 84-5) (82049) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at west of Fernbrook Lane and along proposed 34th Avenue North, northeasterly of the City Center as R -1A (low density single family residential) District, R-3 (medium density multiple residence) District, and R-4 (high density multiple residence) District in conjunction with approval of Final Plat for RPUD 84-5; 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for RPUD 84-5 to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foicegoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the ftlXowlng voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain ine roiiowing votes against or abstainee: none Thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptLQ.
