Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th _day of August . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
Tim following members were absent: none
Counilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 513
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF COUNTY ROAD 18 AND SOO LINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AS I-1 (PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
northwest of County Road 18 and Soo Line Railroad right-of-way from FRD (future
restricted development) District to I-1 (planned industrial) District in conjunction
with approval of Final Plat) for Scherer Brothers Lumber Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Scherer Brothers
'Lumber Company to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon,, the
folladog voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Coyncilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
