Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Mular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of August . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmemcers moon, Neils'
Schneider and Crain
The following members were sent:
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-510
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR OAKDALE WEST SECOND ADDITION FOR
KAY ENGWALL FOR KARELS ESTATE (79079)
WHEREAS, Kay Engwall for Karels Estate has requested approval for Final Plat for
Oakdale West Second Addition, a plat for 4 single family residential lots and one
outlot located southwest of 19th Avenue North and Dunkirk Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Oakdale West Second Addition located southwest of 19th Avenue North and
Dunkirk Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain, and upon vote being taken thereon, twe

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly-pas3ed and adopted.
