Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of woust 1.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schpgider and Crain
Be following rs were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 508
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR AMHURST
NINTH ADDITION FOR HANS HAGEN HOMES (79046)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Amhurst Ninth Addition as requested by Hans Hagen Homes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Building Permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for the
construction of municipal sewer and water.
3. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
4. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part
of approved RPUD 79-2 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
