Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of. August - 1964.
The following members were present: Mayor Dayenoorj.„Councilmembers Moen. Neils.

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 507
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR AMHURST NINTH ADDITION FOR HANS HAGEN
HOMES (74046)
WHEREAS, Hans Hagen Homes has requested approval for Final Plat for Amhurst Ninth
Addition, a plat for 18 single family residential lots located north of 46th Avenue
North at Quantico and Polaris Lanes;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Hans Hagen Hones for Amhurst Ninth Addition located north of 46th Avenue
North at Quantico and Polaris Lanes; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
