Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 84-506
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A POLICY RELATING TO CITY FUNDING
OF HUNAN SERVICE AGENCIES
WHEREAS, the City Council periodically receives requests from human service agencies
and programs for financial support; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that segments of the Plymouth population are
served by certain human service agencies who have no other means of support other
than public and private contributions; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to adopt a set of guidelines through which human service
agency funding requests may be evaluated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that it should and hereby does adopt the "Policy Relating to City Funding of Human
Services Agencies" dated July 23, 1994.
