Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day
of July , 1984. The following members were present: Act n9 Mayor

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 497
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - STEEPLECHASE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 23, 1984, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Steeplechase Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council July 23, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted July 23, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Actina Mayor. -Schneider. Councilmembers Neils
and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
