Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day
of July , 1984. The following members were presenting Mayor
Scbngider, Councilmembers Neils and Crain
The following members were absent: avor Davenport and Counclimember Roen
Counci_lmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-495
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE 5TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 23, 1984, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Wind Ridge on Bass Lake 5th Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council July 23,
1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Sucb improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolu-
tions 4dopted July 23, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wright -
Hennepin Electric Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
10 fauncilmembir Cuin , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in f*vor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils
and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
