Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day
of July , 1984. The following members were present: Acting Mayor
Neils nd Crain
The following members were absent: MaXgr navanp2rt and Councilmember Crain
Couneilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 491
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MERRY MIDDLEMIST ADDITION (81055)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 13, 1983,
Beverly H. Lillyblad, Duane Lillyblad, Helen M. Fries, Robert Middlemist, Jr.
and Merry Middlemist, developer of Merry Middlemist Addition (81055) has agreed
to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $33,425 to $30,912 to
reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer construction is accepted as of
July 23, 1984 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by
the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmebber Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils
and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
