Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City

Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day
of July , 1984. The following members were present: Actina Mayor
Schneid2r, Cpunrilmeipbers Neils and Crain
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport and Councilmember Noen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 487
APPROVING M.S.A. FUNDING FOR
HAMEL ROAD AND MEDICINE RIDGE ROAD
PROJECT 438
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has entered into a contract for the 1984 Street
Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, a portion of this project is final surfac. for Hanel Road and Medicine
Ridge Road; and
WHEREAS, this final surface is to be funded from the City's Municipal State Aid
Funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that $113,000 be transferred from the City's M.S.A. Fund
(402-403-965) to the Construction Fund (401-401-000-438) to finance said
construction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coouuncilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mavor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils
and Crain

Whereupon the Resolution wits declared duly pa4sed and adopted.
