HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-484CITY OF F - :'MOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of Jul . 1984. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schn— el'er, Counci mem ers Nens and CrAia The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport and Councilmember Moen Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 484 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR MICHAEL R. MOSTROM (84059) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Michael R.Mostrom for prop- erty located at 130 Queensland Lane North under Resolution No. 84-483; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division : 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drain- age facilities. 4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing the Div- ision in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Division. 5. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin County. 6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with Hennepin County. 7. Access to the new parcel shall be to 2nd Avenue North, and the existing drives on this lot ;.:all be removed; a new iccess to the existing house shall be pro- vided to Queensland Lane as shown on plans City dated July 6, 1984, to be com- pleted as part of the Building Permit for the new residence. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the Following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils and Crain The following voted against or abstained: nong Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly'—jaissed and adopted.
